GENERAL TERMS► Commission slots are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.► All orders under $100 USD must be paid upfront, via a Stripe invoice sent to your email.► I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission, for any reason. Depending on the circumstances, you may not be eligible for a full or partial refund.► Full refunds will not be given once work on the commission has started. Partial refunds are only issued depending on how much work has been completed.► Prices may vary from the base price depending on the complexity of the character design, background, or other elements.► I do not authorize the use of my artwork for commercial use without my consent and signed agreement.► I do not authorize any reselling or reusing of my art for NFTs or AI.► Personal use of my artwork (such as icons or banners) or re-uploading is allowed as long as proper credit is given.WILLS AND WONTS
I Will Draw:

I Won't Draw:
► ❌Mecha, Gore, NSFW, Animals.RIGHTS RATES► Personal rights¹ are free of charge.
► Private rights² are +15% of the final quote price.

PROCESS/REVISIONS► After filling out the form 📝 and having your request approved, you will be contacted to go over the details of your commission. This process may take up to 1-3 days. You will then be sent a Stripe invoice via email— this is the base cost. Any additional costs, such as revision charges, must be paid BEFORE the commission is finalized.► After 48 hours of unpaid invoice, your slot will be forfeited and the commission will be canceled. If you wish to reinstate your commission, please contact me privately.► After starting the commission, you will receive progress updates and the opportunity to request revisions. Please request revisions in a timely manner after each update. (i.e., rough sketch, lineart, flat colors, final revisions.)
Working times are as follows:
Sketch: 1-3 weeks.
Colored: 2-4 weeks.
Working time may vary depending on the complexity of the commission. If the client needs a piece ASAP, an upcharge will
be issued.► When requesting revisions, please be reasonable in avoiding any drastic changes, otherwise, additional fees may be charged.► For ANIMATION COMMISIONS— I will work based on my judgment in the case where artistic freedom is given. However, if the client requests a scrapping of the scene in its majority/entirety, the client will be charged again.VIOLATION OF TERMS► Violating this Terms of Service agreement will result in a cancellation of the commission, where you may not be issued a refund, as well as being blacklisted and unable to reinstate the commission.
